Ecofy Africa

Ecofy starts with a practical challenge: helping a farmer understand what to do next. Planning a season, keeping records, and working with changing information all need to feel like one useful experience.

I work across the frontend and backend, alongside AI services and technical product direction. That means thinking about both the screen a farmer uses and the systems that turn information into guidance.

The product brings farm activity, seasonal tasks, weather, and market information together for Swahili-speaking users. Making those pieces work together requires attention to the farming context as well as the software.

Co-founding Ecofy has made product judgment part of my engineering work. I care about which problem a feature solves, how it fits into the rest of the platform, and what it asks of the person using it.

Ecofy is where my work as a developer and founder comes together: building a product, working with a team, and connecting technical decisions to an everyday need.
